DISK BOOT FAILURE

whether when you turn on your computer ... computer will not boot? continues to exist a message "DISK BOOT failure, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER". okay .. I would love know how:

1. IDE cable with the hard drive and motherboard are not installed correctly
2.  Or system files on HDD has corupt

All you have to do is as follows :

1. Check The IDE cable, make sure it is plugged into the motherboard and hard drive properly.
2. Corupt if the system is experiencing, the only way the computer should reinstall the hard drive records read properly by the motherboard.
